PAPUAS-4 modifications

PAPUAS-4I

Modification PAPUAS-4I with the spark generator is the most widespread modification allowing analyzing practically all known types of alloys.

The method of the emission spectral analysis using dependence of intensity of spectrum lines on a mass fraction of an element in sample is the basis for work of the spectrometer. The high-voltage high-frequency spark discharge used for excitation of the range makes small thermal impact on the sample that allows analyzing samples in the shape of a wire, a foil and thin sheets.

PAPUAS-4DI

Differs from PAPUAS-4I with existence of the generator of an arch of direct current. This modification combines possibilities of measurement of low concentrations and the width of coverage on types of alloys.
